Operating Principles
How does a water injection lobe roots blower work?
The solution has an Innovative Design for High Efficiency. The DW Water-Cooled Vacuum roots pump Package relies on water injection positive displacement blower technology. Dry, water-cooled without auxiliary fluid, this volumetric vacuum pump, which incorporates two three-lobe rotors, operates without internal compression. The flow and the vacuum level capability are directly linked to the rotation speed.
Water, injected into the system at the inlet, is then displaced and discharged at the outlet.
Water inlet permits to cool the chamber and to limit temperature increases inside.
