At Hibon our approach to positive displacement blowers repair and overhaul is to re-manufacture positive dispalacment blowers to achieve the original performance specification. Critical parts are inspected to as new factory tolerances and where neces¬sary, replaced. Where applicable, products are fitted with the latest component and software upgrades. Products are re-assem¬bled using production methods and tooling, and then subject to full leak and electrical safety checks. After repainting, products are finally tested to as new performance criteria using factory derived processes and equipment.
